Board Certified Diplomate in Clinical Social Work
Clinical Supervisor & Behavioral Health Leader
“I believe healing and professional growth happen best in relationships built on trust, steadiness, and respect.”
I provide clinical supervision and behavioral health consultation for clinicians, practice owners, and organizations seeking to strengthen clinical quality, documentation, and ethical care.
In addition, I maintain a limited telehealth therapy practice for adults and teens, integrating EMDR, IFS-informed therapy, TF-CBT, and DBT-informed skills within a trauma-informed framework.
With over two decades of experience across community mental health, healthcare systems, and leadership, I bring both relational steadiness and systems-level expertise to my work—blending deep clinical knowledge with a practical understanding of the real-world pressures clients and clinicians face.
My Approach
I bring both clinical depth and behavioral health leadership to my work. My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in ethical, high-quality care.
In my work, I prioritize:
Emotional safety and steady pacing
Ethical, evidence-based care
Clear diagnosis and treatment planning
Practical tools for real-life change
Sustainable growth for clients and clinicians
My work integrates EMDR, IFS-informed therapy, TF-CBT, and DBT-informed skills when appropriate. Care is individualized, structured, and responsive to each person’s needs.
Healing and professional growth should be thoughtful, steady, and grounded in both clinical excellence and human connection.
